Hi Everyone,
I got my Iphone6+ less than 2 months ago from SingTel.
However, recently it keeps restarting itself after a blue screen, at least 6-7 times a day.
So I called 1688 and they say it might be firmware issue and advice me to go down to Apple Service centre.
So I went over to Apple service shop at Changi City Point today and they say it is firmware corrupted and advice me to send in the phone for up to 5 days to investigate and fix.
Is that the only way? Can't I be changed for a new set of phone?
Any advice unless you guys/girls say this is the only option available.
Appreciate all advice.
Thank you.
