Both are TPU and both covers the same area. The difference is that the capsule is thinner than the hybrid.

Stickerboy iPhone 6 Plus Kyrobe Wood Skin

Hi guys, my skin from Stickerboy arrived this week and I only got down to install it this morning.

The skin name is Kyrobe Wood and it's the Type 2 version:

The trick to making the skin around the curve edges stick is not to use your fingers but to use both the hair dryer and a solid surface to flatten it. Fingers are too fleshy to provide a flat surface to force the edges to stick to the surface. In my case, I gently rounded the edges over the table top with the hair dryer blowing softly on it.

Stickerboy iPhone 6 Plus Kyrobe Wood Skin + Case

It can even fit my case:

The only downside is that the screen will not be protected if you use the front skin but that's fine for me because I don't intend to use one. :)

hmm mine(TPU) doesnt get out of shape, i guess its how you use it everyday too? Have been using it for a week , so far so good. Honestly after spending so much $$ from 20 to 60 bucks for iphone cases...it came to a point where i felt that these overprotective cases made the iphones lose its curves and sleek aesthetics . If you like it simple and thin, this case is not a bad choice. Still adds more protection than using it naked yet retaining its sleek ergonomics

$3 or not ,you never know its true value until you use it :s22:

judging by the reviews in qoo10, the $3 casing gets out of shape easily.

don't think it will help in cushioning if you drop your phone =/

at least those silicon or TPU will absorb abit of the impact and also don't go out of shape easily, just imho

but i will still try the $3 case once i receive my iphone hehe

Same here! Been looking at slim armour cs more though since i commute more by public transport. Hassle to keep taking card out. Anyone here has it? It adds a bit of thickness though. Despite the "slim armor" name

I'm using neo hybrid for my 6+. So far so good. Also have a slim armor for my 5s. The brushed metallic part can be pretty slippery. As for the neo hybrid, the rear part is textured rubber.

As for the new armour cs, yeah it does look bulky. Probably without the card compartment, it might have been as slim as the slim armour. The compartment elevates it to tough armour size i guess.

Will the sticker easily come off after some time ? thats my worry.
