Screen glass being curve on the edge, there's a new challenge being able to cover as much as possible.

Are there different screen protectors offering different coverage?
Also, which one deem best.

bro i like your reply, exactly, I was thinking of getting an SGP Spigen clear case for like $28 with no screen protector but change mind as it is so expensive when you can get one for $1-2 in 6 months time. Might as well wait 2 weeks, buy from china wholeseller with free shipping only $2-3SGD.

Somehow what you said is so true, but can you bare seeing your new iphone you bought for $500 drop? haha

Potential alternative, although the downtime during which we have to do without the hp, plus all the necessary work to backup, transfer, and restore apps and data and etc, can somewhat cause minor inconvenience.

Admittedly, the accessories are darn ex, although cases and screen protectors that cost only a few dollars are still acceptable to me.

there's no downtime, pay and get your phone swapped
yea it lets you drop twice. but how often do you drop your device
I only dropped my iPhone once, and it was just a small dent and I could live with it.

I think the cases and screen protectors are a huge rip off.
My iPhone 5S didn't have a SP ever since I got it exchanged due to some baseband issue.
Still 0 scratches.

It's fine if you want a nice casing. But the era of screen protectors are over
I found myself asking why did I spurge 50 bucks to use a glass to protect another glass

As for the two bucks SP/Tempered Glass, I think they are really bad quality.
Rainbow effect, not smooth enough, fingerprint magnet etc.

I think a good screen protector will only need to apply once. I dun really like the matte type as it's hindering the beauty of the fabulous screen.

For casing that protrude up too much from the sides. Will have problems sliding fingers near the edge of the screen.

Frankly I do like to use the phone naked, but as all guys would do, we like to put it into our pockets. I do want to protect it from cosmetic wear and tear.

For Androids, I would care less to protect it.

i concur. i always end up 1 : 1 the phone for some defect and end up spending 3-4 times on screen protectors.

You have to call them to make purchase for applecare+

For all IT gadgets, smart phone, camera, touch screen etc

All have screen protector, usually bought and paste almost immediately after I bought the products

And used until stop using the device, never buy and change screen protector

Also, always buy anti-glare if available

It's more of habit, not becozwant to sell IT device when upgrade

The only time I remove a screen protector is when I bought one for ASUS Padfone infinity and the antiglare screen protector was too rough, making it hard swipe on a touch screen, after the just use without screen protector

iPhone 6+ screen protector was sold at green telco, so bought antiglare $13++ and sales person help paste which is good becoz no bubble

So far so good

Screen protectors aren't necessary....the phone itself is super beautiful, why get a case. But I suggest getting a back protector to avoid scratches tho.
