iPhone backup (Found a solution)

Recently whenever I insert my iPhone into my computer to sync, it will take forever at the Step 2/8 Backup
Things to note:
- I did not download any big apps from the last time I sync-ed sucessfully
- Whenever I eject my iPhone halfway while backing-up, iTunes will crash

Any ideas? Tried googling for solutions but can't seem to find any.

Both iPhone and iTunes is updated to latest version

Edit: Hi guys, i found a solution that worked for me. Can try.
1. Start
2. Command Prompt
3. Type in "netsh winsock reset" (without the "s)
4. Restart computer
5. Plug in phone and start sync process

Hours.
Backup bar is stuck at the start.

32gb iPhone 5s, from my iTunes it says i have 3.5gb of free space.

But the thing is it used to be fine whenever I sync my phone (no long waits at backup whatsoever) and all of a sudden it becomes like that.
And from the last time I synced successfully till now, i did not download any big files at all.

Using it now, unfortunately a lot of errors.

Firstly when I plug in phone and open iBackupbot

There'll be a message saying I have no backup on this computer as the last backup was incomplete. (Also because I deleted all my previous backups as suggested earlier)

Next message is saying they are unable to find some plist file.

After that, nothing happens

Another thing I notice is that everytime when I get tired of waiting, I'll eject my phone and then iTunes will crash.

TS iirc there is a way to disable e backup by editing e iTunesPrefs.xml. after editing when iTunes does e sync it will skip e backup portion. u can still backup manually as n when u want to.

or have u tried selecting e iCloud option under e backup section. it shud skip e local backup when u sync.

Delete from iTunes itself there's an option somewhere there. Oh.. unfortunately I yesterday just used CCleaner to clean up my comp cause feeling slow lol so I think it's gone.

Yes correct. Very weird, only recently like that before that perfectly fine.

Nope.. cause I see from my phone iCloud only got 5gb of backup space so I never bother using iCloud. Anyway I never used iCloud before so quite blur with that.

Anyway, I do have a log of the things that's happening (via iBackupbot) when my phone is undergoing backup in iTunes. You think necessary to post here?

no use, i have try all before le,restart iphone, restart PC, tried uninstalling Itunes and install back, problem still exist.

After that, i restore my PC to an earlier time, then the problem go away for awhile, but then recently, the problem comes back again. can it be due to windows critical updates?

e reason i mentioned e iCloud option is for u to try selecting it to bypass the local backup since that is giving u problems n u r unable to sync yr content right? cos it's getting stuck at e backup stage.

anyway u can also try starting iTunes using a flag to bypass e local backup

"%ProgramFiles%\iTunes\iTunes.exe" /setPrefInt DeviceBackupsDisabled 1

as for y yr backups don't work, i suspect it's corrupted permissions. u can try:

1. run chkdsk to check if there r any errors on yr hdd or
2. creating a new windows user profile then try it from that fresh profile.
