Iphone battery replacement go where?

Let say battery and price are the same. Which one will u choose to have ur batt replace? Apple store or ah beng store? I scare ah beng no skill. Anyone got experience?

if still under warranty, then go apple else go to a reliable store.

i usually go to mac.infinity at funan.

call first to check if they still have stock - they may no longer have stock for older models.

Never did it before but been considering. Will def do it at Apple. iPhone is a complicated product and I don’t trust the integrity of ah benga to not mess with other parts

my sis brought her old iphone XS to replace battery at apple store. I guess they messed up so apple replaced her with a new (refurnished) unit....

Go for battery replacement only if your battery capacity is below 80%. You can check under battery in settings. If there are other issues, it could be a rogue app not playing well with your phone.

Usually just changing of batteries doesn’t affect the data inside the phones?
