iPhone Volume auto Lower so often

Do you guys face this issue that the phone volume kept lowering so often! So frustrating! I've Google about it. There are reported cases but just wondering anyone here facing it?

It's since iOS9 even on my old iPhone 6 Plus

I've finally know what's causing the issue. Its whatsapp. Pls try this.. Whenever you send a picture in whatsapp. Your volume will go to ZERO.


There is no fix to this now.

What do u mean by out your phone on silent mode

It means toggling the silence switch. This bug also encountered in telegram.

You mean everytime u send a picture. Toggle the silent switch?? Anyway I just tried. Toggling the silent button doesn't help.

No one else faces this issue?? It's so frustrating.

I'm facing the same issue as well for both 6+ and 6s+. The volume went down to zero bar and need to turn up the volume again, very troublesome.

It's a bug. Reported by many. But some are fine. Wonder when Wil this bug be fixed

I still don't get what you people are saying. What volume? Ringing volume? Notification volume? Talk volume? What version of OS and WhatsApp? What are the WhatsApp settings?

Notification volume. Affects media volume as well.

Not just limited to whatsapp I believe, experienced on telegram as well.

i tested this way. Open video on youtube. Watch halfway exit to whatsapp send a pic... Return to youtube volume no more must press up vol again

Guys I found a way to solve it now... Its not coming back but dunno later!

Just send a video in WhatsApp! Thats all! Thats the magic! Then try sending picture after... It will not lower itself anymore!!

Nope, sending a video also mutes the phone lol...sending pic after also silences it

Weird. I have nine solved just by sending a video. But watching YouTube silenced it again!

Hahaha. There are may iPhone users here. The number reporting this bug is surprisingly low!

I'm experiencing this also! I thought there was something wrong with my earphones. Still bearable for now.
