iPhone Volume auto Lower so often

This bug quite prevalent: basically various apps' incoming notifications will lower the volume of the current media being playback; & after the notifications is tended to, the playback volume never automatically gets returned to previous level.

Only when the user scrubs the seeking positions of the media will the playback volume get returned to previous.

Could it be ios9 incompatibility with the apps? As most of the app are not updated to iOS9 friendly as of now.

So it might not be Apple's issue

But when I was on iOS8. It was ok on my iPhone 6 Plus. After updating to iOS 9. I had this issue.

Now on iPhone 6S Plus. Needless to say.

It's really frustrating

Last time was fine. But then this 2 months going mad each day.. I use the button to max my alarm. When it sounds.. It's the lowest... I did not up to iOS 9

Everytime plays a video it has no sound! Have to adjust it back up
