iPhone X problems faced

Apple still haven't resolve the screen orientation of the camera app if open using shortcut (hard press on the shortcut icon at lock screen)! Hopefully iOS 12 can solve this.

I have been trying to reproduce the bug but was unable to.
But it did occur on last Sat...

Once I know how to reproduce the fault, will post it here again
