There is some difference but not much. Longer battery life is more worth it.

No question here. The iPhone can’t be beat in Video Quality.

But image quality, the Pixel probably has it beat.

If it is 1080 screen, it will be a sell out.

Think apple put in 720 for that reason else xs would be difficult to sell.

Maybe. But this year all iPhones camera sensors are 30% bigger then iPhone X. A step closer.

iPhone base resolution is 414x896. XR is using 2x. If they go 1080 then they need to use scaler. This may cause other issues like flickering etc. And most likely users will not notice the improvement and reduce battery life. Pros and cons.

I saw the Xr today for the first time at the shop. I have to say I was quite pleasantly surprised at the display. It is not as nice as the Xs if one were to compare them side by side. On it's own though, I would have no issues with it. With the better battery life and being lot cheaper, it is very compelling in my opinion.

Somehow Apple nailed the colours too!

It's really hard to justify a purchase based on just "colours" but Apple's colour engineers are really good

battery is only 2.9k mah. just because it uses a lcd screen, battery life is longer. if need battery life better go for some older model like the 3210 lol
