Did they ever get back to you over the return? I saw some ppl also ranting on their insta page but think negative comments are constantly removed and moderated..

They did get back to me. The lady told me all our emails went into their junk mailbox so they are recovering from the junk mailbox now. She ask me to take photos of the casing, then they will access it and decide if return should go ahead. If return, i need to pay for the ship back also.

By the time she replied i already sold off the casing so i just reply thanks and move on. Can't really find any review online on this Bare Skin casing so it must be real bad.

i have their storm 2 and the slim one but nowadays i prefer using anker nano instead for the size/weight/convenience. the shargeek upcoming models doesn't interest me already.

Ohh ok. I see their storm 2 reviews saying about overheating issues. Tempting to get due to design.

taobao OEM product with poor customer service, really must avoid this Bare Cases Singapore. At least if they got good customer service still can give chance, now give some nonsense excuse email go junk mailbox and still need pay return shipping? Really must boycott Bare Cases Singapore!

Still ask to take photo of the case and all that nonsense tsk tsk.. If Bare want to do a return and refund policy then must be big and gracious about it.

People grumble about Caudabe for their slow response but their after sales service is still top notch! Most companies are no frills about the refund, just return and that’s it (unless the product was badly damaged else there’s no issues with full refund returns)

Some companies even process refunds without even requiring the product to be returned!

Elago also having Black Friday sale and it's pretty good - their prices aren't exp and just realised they have 30 colours for their silicone case. Amazing
