I used it on IP 14PM, still fine even almost 3 years in.
I had a leather case before, personally not for me as it tends to get torn on the sides

Yeah. Will have plenty of scratches. But it does that the fall well on my andar. Let me wait for sale for caudaube before pulling the trigger. Currently using fake silicon case. Not too bad too. Just don’t think it can take fall when the phone drop.

When you have a toddler at home, you need to invest in a good case. My phone has become a ballistic missile a few times, thankfully no serious damage 😅

Should i get iphone 16pro now or wait for iphone 17 base version?
Not planning to get 17pro.

I'd get the iPhone 16 Pro now given your situation. 16 Pro > iPhone 17

Also Brand New 16 Pro 256GB cost about $1450 on Shopee now.

New launch iPhone 17 256GB will be around the same price provided their prices don't go up but it is very likely that iPhone prices will go up for the new launch.

Another factor is if you're into cases then you'll have a wide selection of 16 series cases to choose from.

While for the new launch iPhone 17, you might need to wait several months for some case manufacturers to get their act together. :cool:

Local mobile shops like Mister Mobile will still have stocks at good prices.

However, IIRC major online platforms like Lazada/Shopee will remove or hike the prices back up for the 16 Pro once the 17 Pro is launched. This is to push customers to buy the latest iPhone 17 series.

Apple Store will remove the Pro series totally.

If you are thinking to get 16 pro, I think it’s a good time. Unless you are not picky with the colour and etc. most shop are clearing the 16 now. Even SingTel is selling like 350 off.

Just got my from Lazada spigen shop. Paid 28 after 8.8 discounts. Not bad. But for the reason the camera button not very responsive. Going to return the case. The screen protector is good though.
