I believe all borderless SP will somewhat attract dust particles around it’s edges as those black border typically hide those unsightly dust particles.
I see. So it’s a compromise between the two
Borderless- lint and dust show more clearly
Black border- covers slight portion of the screen
So far any thinner version of those black borders sp for iphone 16 pro series? Given how slim the actual phone bezel is now

Cleaning off lint and dust from a borderless one every few weeks never bothered me from my past few generations of phones.

I'd rather do that than having a bit of the screen covered or worse, having the tempered glass lifted slightly when changing cases or limiting my choice of cases with those black border tempered glass.

my zeelot tpsg crack inside my pocket.

any other brand to reco?

I rmb there was period when Belkin Screen Protectors were like that. They crack or ‘spider web’ out of nowhere and often without any major impact to it 🥲🥲

So far two weeks of using ippm 16, first week ugreen bordered TG and apple silicon case vs 2nd week using spigen hybrid T and Belkin ultra glass 2 TG…. Have mixed feeling… TG Belkin wins but casing wise i like apple silicon case for its soft touch but spigen design looks much better though its has a ‘hard’ feeling. Camera control both seems the same to me actually - which is responsive.
Just noticed something minor on spigen hybrid t casing, prolonged in pocket constitutes to moisture buildup and can be spotted between the phone back and casing (quite obvious cos case is translucent). Will be switching back to apple silicon case as there are felt material to prevent moisture buildup to water droplets and later water spots which might be difficult to remove.

Heng I haven retire my apple silicon case Sia…

anyway ymmv…. 😅

For non-black borders sp, all these 3 types are good options depending on your willingness to spend

Ugreen Screen Protector Glass
Spigen Glastr EZ Fit
Belkin Ultraglass 2
chiu forgot smartdevil
Does any of these brands have matte finish but without the black border? I cannot seem to find, so just want to confirm with some of you guys here.
