they dun seem to test the set.
Working or not working, they accept.
Hopefully i wont receive an unit back which will be spoilt in a few months time where my old one lasted for 5 yrs. Oni the battery lifespan is very short.

1) proof of purhase/ sale receipt?
2) retail box with full accessories?

does I need to print out any forms or anything ? the staff at the counter will understand what you are trying to tell them ?

I brought mine down today (Sapura Funan).

Hassle free, they will know when you present the iPod nano.. Just the device will do, no other stuff :)

Brought mine down to (Sapura Funan). Just Nano.
Hassle free but the CSO was a joke. She was talking to her colleague in her native language instead of explaining the whole exchange issue. She wanted to just give me the acknowledgement form while speaking to her colleague.

Asked if i will be getting the same gen nano, she has no idea and it will take 6 weeks. Prefer this model than the current gen though.

Owners of the first-generation iPod nano will be able to get them replaced for free with a current model once they have provided their model to Apple, either through a store or via a courier
