hi guys...need some help..

i did not complete my 10 IPT sessions during the first 9 mths and hence i got into 20 sessions RT for the last three months.

when during RT, does the IPT band still apply? meaning during the 8th RT session, if i can improve my band from 1 to 2..will i be out from RT?

im in deep trouble man..i have to work till late around 7-8pm everyday and the only time where i can go for RT is during weekends and i cant complete 20 RT sessions within the 3 month period.zzz...worst still i cant book back to back sessions..

anyone in similiar situation as me? any advice? thanks a lot.

i remember in the past although they say u need to attend all 20 sessions, u can actually miss up to three sessions..how about the current system? :vijayadmin:

The current system, no discount.

if you managed to hit your target band in your rt-ippt, you are still considered cleared for the year. you can also just book a normal ippt and hit your target band.

also, want to highlight that you need to hit your target band (ie. ppt) in order to clear your current window. improving your band will not clear you.

okie i got it...my target band is actually 2. So meaning during RT-ippt, i dont have to strictly pass my IPPT right? as long as i hit the target band and i will be considered cleared and dont have to attend any more RT sessions..is that right?

also...is there any chance whereby the FCC OC will allow people to take back to back RT sessions due to work commitment? i heard they allow an extension to complete RT right? how long? :vijayadmin:

nv personally try it before but as far as i know, yes.

you can also just book a normal ippt instead of waiting till the 8th session.

no back to back allowed due to safety reasons. extension is usually 1 month.

yoz guys , anyone know what will happen for the situation stated below ..

- I completed my 10 IPT session but never hit my band target but i failed to complete the 8 RT session in the last 3 mths before my window close.

- Will i be charged as RT defaulter ?

- For my next window i have to go for total 20 or 40 RT sessions ? or i can still go for IPT ?

try and ask if you can get an extension for your rt period.

if they do give you, it will usually be one month which is more than sufficient to clear 8 rt sessions.

Yes.

Should be 8 sessions if u need to redo. If u mean in the future or new window, yes, u can still go for IPT to clear your annual ippt liabilities.

Old system
Ipt - 1st 9 mths
Ippt - 12 mths
Rt - 3 mths into new window(13th to 15th mth)

New system
Ipt/ippt - 1st 9 mths
Rt - last 3 mths(10th to 12th mth)

Hope u can see the difference

haven't gone for RT for many years.
but this year is suay... :(

how does RT works now ah?
last time was they give you a start date and that's session 1, then in-between got ippt. if pass then complete the phase 1 and can stop. if fail then continue phase 2.

now?
then also jialat...
i twisted my knee and now cannot bend or straighten fully...
minimally needs 3 weeks to 1 month...like that later cannot finish RT within window how?

U book your each session individually now. U must complete all 20 sessions within the last 3 months.

If u are injured, I would suggest that u see a specialist to get an excuse.

arghh.. damm i just failed by a little.
So i cannot opt for early IPPT during RT and must wait till the 8th session ?

I'm not too sure. Talk to the pti on the 1st session and see if they can help u.
