the window from ORD to one day before the first birthday is optional... will not be punished if never go for any IPPT/IPT/RT.

your "actual" first IPPT/IPT/RT commitment as a nsmen only starts from the first birthday to one day before the second birthday.

then after that evey window is from birthday to one day before next birthday.

yah bro that one i know..

about ipt that part do you know?

if i fail ippt after 10 ipt do i still need rt? if yes hw many sessions? ty

IPT can only be attended during the first 9 months of your window.

if you hit your target band or pass your IPPT during that 9 months, you don't need to go for any more IPT/RT sessions for the rest of that window.

if did not hit target band but got complete all 10 ipt sessions, then need to attend 8 RT sessions within the last 3 months of the window.

if never sign up or complete all 10 ipt sessions, then you need to attend 20 RT sessions within the last 3 months of the window.

if u are in ur rt window, u can only do ur ippt earliest on the 8th session, if u are eligible for partial when u in-pro they will ask u whether u want to take partial or not.

Hi thanks for the reply. just want to clarify, do u mean that i can only take my PARTIAL IPPT on the 8th session? and you said that they will ask me when i inpro, on my partial ippt session or on the rt session?

lastly, please correct me if I am wrong, I thought that in the new "enhanced" ippt system, no more 8th and 14th session ippt in RT window? i thought must complete all 20 sessions?

again, thanks a lot for your help :)

if after 1st ipt (10 sessions) still fail PPI, can take ippt and clear PPi and clear ippt window?

if not, then let say i go sign up for another 10 session of ipt, is my "1st" ipt session for the 2nd round of ipt an ipt-ippt?

yes, only the 8th 14th 20th session of rt is an ippt.

if im not wrong, if u qualify for partial, on the 8th session when u in-pro to take ur test, the clerks will prompt if u want to take partial anot

as long as u are still in ur first 9mths window, after 10 session of ipt, u still can book ippt to try to meet ur ppt.

and if u want, u can even book more ipt training sessions after ur 10th

are u asking abt the following year? if so, yes, the 1st session of ipt is always an ipt-ippt

Urgent urgent!

Need some help here... Just took IPPT today, scored 5 for all stations BUT just short of 3 secs to get gold timing! @#$%^&*

Questions:
1. Is there any ongoing IPPT sessions tmr? Anywhere?
2. Is it possible to just walk in tmr to take IPPT without any prior booking made through ns portal?

p/s: My new window is opening soon on the 15th hence if there's any chance to retake i would have to do it by the 14th-.-

I just realised the way they tabulate my score is DAMN weird...

Background info:
Maju's system is 6 rounds around the MSCP. They split us into different details with 5 secs of time in between each detail's start. I was the 4th detail to start.

Problem:
My first round wasnt captured on the scoreboard. After i completed all my rounds, i went to the PTI to sound off. Final timing on scoreboard was 9:27. However, the PTI added 20s (5s x 4th detail) to 9:27, so eventually i ended up with 9:47 timing.

Questions:
1. The timing of 9:27 is based on the 1st detail's flag off?
2. If so, how come he added the 20s when it should have been subtract the 20s since i started 20s AFTER the 1st detail.
3. If it is indeed a human error, possible to file a report and rectify this matter ?

If u got any dispute, better call the FCC asap. I believe they video every ippt.

Thanks a lot for the replies! Hmm actually its not so much about the video footage but more so about the method he used to tabulate the final timing.

So have you solved the problem? I can't book as well. Use iphone app also cannot.

Btw, if this week I book normal IPPT, then next week book IPT again. Then the IPT first session is still IPT-IPPT isit?
