What happens during RT? Saw from ns.sg the duration is approximately 4 hours? So long???

What is the punsihment for IPT defaulter who have not clear their PPT but completed 10 IPT sessions? Sick and tired of all this...

You can make advance booking for RT a month before your RT window.

No punishment. Since you completed IPT, you just need to go for 8 RT sessions.

I did not finish IPT, went for 5 sessions only for a boat load of reasons, do i need to go for all 20 RT or if i pass after the first 8 RT sessions, it's considered pass ?

or no matter what, i have to go for all 20?

and anyone else think the certis cisco exercises are quite interesting? my last session we had to throw a medicine ball around and jog with it around bedok camp.

so much better than the usual sit ups, push ups and whatever other crap.

If you can pass your IPPT on the 8th session, u will be released from RT.

Remember the PT(pushup, sit-up and etc) u do during NS, that's what u normally u at RT, just that it's abit slacker.

Training normally 2-2.5 hours. Any longer means u unlucky.

U can only cancel a day before 12pm. Take note if u book and default 3 times, u will be barred from booking another test for that window.

my ipt window close last thursday and i only completed 7 ipt lessons. my extension got rejected with remarks no valid programme and was asked to call my unit which they reject my appeal too. is there any lobang to just go for the remaining ipt and rt sessions?

When did u apply for extension?

Strange that they will reject an extension.

Hi, just asking. I missed my IPPT window and thus having DEFAULTED my IPPT, but am faithfully taking RT. Will I have to report to NSSC to answer a charge of "Neglecting to Perform A Lawful Duty"? And if I have to, will it be lighter than missing both IPPT and RT?

You are now considered a IPPT Defaulter! You missed RT, you will be considered as a RT Defaulter!

Should most prob get a reprimand. Just try to mention that u already doing rt.

If u miss both ippt and rt, u will be charged 2 times, not 1 time charge 2 offences.

Problem is that my RT window is still open and I am still in the midst of doing my RT. is there any phone number I can call up to ask? Also I am travelling on the date I am suppose to go CMPB. Is there any way to change a date?

Did u default your ippt? If yes, then u going to answer charge for being an ippt defaulter, not rt.

hi guys, My ippt window end next mth, but i still have not clear my Ffi. Completed my thread mill test and blood drawing.But till now no news of next schedule. By Sept, will be hitting max age. should i drag till window close. Another thing is if i go to Rt during this peroid is schedule for ict, i cannot complete my rt session and i hit 40 yrs old. what's next? Still need to do under cat Z1?

first and last ipt session is ipt-ippt so got ippt money.

last rt session also rt-ippt so got ippt money.

total already 3 ippt money. do anymore ippt also no extra money.
