IPPT, IPT & RT Questions...

Hi guys, got a few qns regarding RT...

My RT will be commencing on 21/2 - 16/3 for Phase 1. However, I won't be available for the last 2 sessions which are 14/3 (Sun) and 16/3 (Tues) as I'm going overseas.

1. I understand that we can do advance MUT, but what about the IPPT test that's conducted on the last session? If I miss it means I 'auto-enrol' myself into Phase 2? Or can I take the IPPT test in advance too?

2. Weekend RTs can only make up on weekends? So to cover myself for that Sunday (14/3) session I gonna miss, I just attend any one of the weekend session prior to that? Any limit to how many week(s) in advance?

3. There's a CAT test on the 1st session of RT? If pass means no need to attend the rest of the RT sessions?

1. Lidat, you will have used up the 2 allowed MUTs for Phase 1.

2. Yes. Weekends for weekends. As long as you are available, they can do the MUT on their computer.

3. CAT test on 1st session? Dun have.

For the ns.sg RT attendance page, when does it start listing the sessions that I did not attend? Cos i know i missed a thursday session but it's not on the list at all, i can only see the sessions which i've attended. Thanks.

If i have to travel overseas for work on the 8th session, i wont be able to take the ippt.

is it possible that i can reschedule the 8th lesson on the next week to clear the ippt?

otherwise i will automatically be enrolled in the 2nd phase?

you can only book your RT after your window is closed.

I think you can do a makeup in advance. For eg, you going overseas on thurs, then you should be able to do a makeup on wed.

Think you can tell the clerk at the counter with regards to makeup.

Oh you mean I can just choose to join that RT schedule first then on 1st session go tell the clerk at the registration counter and change my RT to a seperate date? Actually I was wondering, if my RT on Sunday and Tuesday and there's a RT sessions on another day say Wednesday, can I just go for the Wednesday sessions and count that as make up for missing the Tuesday one?

Yes, can change the venue and schedule. For your 2nd question, I'm not sure if there is a limit to makeups in RT, check with the PTI.
