usually how long will it take for the letter to come? as in from the day my window close till i report to cmpb?

Should be within a month or 2, answer charge should also be the same. A weekday noon time.

when (time and day/date) and who (name) should I approach to for Bedok FCC.

how do we know when will they be around?

approach the OC or 2IC of RT's FCC?

I believe you can just approach the PTI or admin staff before or after your training. They should be free by then.

ask anyone, then will give u form to fill up.

so if i take normal ippt for first 5 year, on 6th year then i go for ipt.

Your last IPPT result will be taken into consideration to determine your ppt. So if u have pass your last IPPT, you won't get the lowest band. Maybe a band 3 or even 4.

ipt has 4 bands, and when u enrol into the ipt program, u will take a ippt "cat" test on the 1st session, ur banding will be determine by the system based on ur past ippt results and ur 1st day ippt "cat" test.

I remember someone saying the process will take 2-3 working days.

for not attending RT at all, it's either u pay a fine or get charged if i remember correctly. the higher ur rank, the heavier the fine. if u keep doing the same thing, be prepared to go DB.

IPT only applicable for first 9 months after ur bday. if u cant complete or meet the PPT banding requirement by IPT deadline, u have to go for RT liao in the last 3 months of ur window.

forgot to mention i am from SPF...

i think the procedure might be alittle different from SAF. SPF follow FY instead of bday.

what i can see in ns.sg... they want me complete 9 session of IPT and 1 ippt by 31st dec.

and earlier this year they did send letter for ippt. but i didt attend. cuz i book ipt already.

so i guess if i cannot finish IPT by 31st dec.. it will make me defaulter straight..

gotta say SPF/SCDF IPPT system is still dam screw up... call their department they oso cant answer our question and taichi here and there.
