I sent an email to vpost yesterday enquiring about my package. This morning I received a reply from vpost regarding it. All of a sudden when I try to track my package at speedpost.com.sg suddenly there is information available saying that my package has reached singapore.

Maybe they only update system after you ask them hehe..

The Discovery SE?? US$149.99? Its still available on woot.com for those interested. Do let us know if it comes with the swivel caster front wheel. :)

Well, its not a huge amt at 2.9%, at least it gave us an opportunity to purchase them from US vs buying fr the local retailer at :s31: prices.

which one is better? roomba discovery or scooba 5800?? :s11: :s22:
:s22: one vacuum and other one mop floor.

IMO, for humid weather, our floors are always sticky, so mop floor one is better. ;)

2 diff products, u r comparing an apple and a orange.

If u need one that vacuums+sweeps, get the Roomba. If u want one that scrubs/mops yr floor, get the Scooba. However, do take note of the additional work/attention required with a Scooba. U cannot let it run fully automated like a Roomba (w/ scheduling + home base) whereby it'll automatically return to its home base for recharging after its done. You can typically finish an ave size apartment in one run (<2hrs hard flooring for the Roomba). For the Scooba, you need to refill the clean tank and empty the dirty tank 2-3 times for an ave sized apartment. You'll need to monitor its cleaning as such. There's no auto-recharging / home base for the scooba due to its design. The Scooba owners here should be able to provide u with more details.

IMO, for now, I'll go for the Roomba. Until iRobot comes out with a Scooba that is able to cover an ave sized apartment in a single run (i.e. a larger tank + battery), i'll stick with the pail & mob / magiclean wipes.

Anyone can advise me how to use vpost?
I have already register for a free account with vpost.

Is the billing address same as the shipping address when I buy the items?

Try not to skip the 16hr charge cycle, very very impt, especially for a new battery or one that has not been used for a while. This is to allow the the cells in the pack to equalize. Resist the temptation 4 now, its worth the wait! ;)
