Jubooo, thanks for the explaination, I definitely respect sellers who put customer support as top priority. A promise is a promise.
And those who can help customers resolve at minimal cost are even better. Smiling face with "Carrot Chopper" behind is what I cannot stand.
Yup do agree. Ensuring customers’ satisfaction and support is always the way to go. If repair cost and charges can be brought down by simple repairs instead of replacement would be a bonus. Glad I could do my part in ensuring lower prices locally and am sure repairs and warranty coverage by our side have been comprehensive enough to not have troubled you. Hehe. Honestly being able to share these wonderful robots that really help people keep their homes clean is a real joy.
*Seriously think you should get some form of transportation though.
