Hi, I am interested to get 1 (the one without the need to put clorox) for my mum. But I don't know how to ship it over. Anyone buying it can I ride along?

Btw the power adaptor is for US voltage, singapore can use or not?

This cld be a remanufactured 5900 or if u r lucky, 5800. 5900 is picky on solution n clorox cost >30 per bottle here n too ex to ship!

power adaptor can use converter (read the whole thread to understand more). :D

Its a worth buy if its a 5800 reman, else if its 5900 reman than its useless unless u have tons of chlorox solution. I'm not sure if u will be getting a brand new battery for reman units though. This one really got to keep fingers crossed, though the price is really really tempting! :s22:

how 5900 differentiate the clorox solution from others?? :s31:
:o 5900 have a sensor to measure the density / minerals of liquid.

I am not sure whether it would work with other mopping solution.

i have a reman scooba so let me explain wat it is. Basically irobot took these back and updated it to fix all the known bugs, replaced new brushes, wheels, filter, battery etc. Also has less accessories out of the box eg 1 virtual wall. The casing is not new and can see some scratches but generally looks quite clean, i'd say 9/10 easily. Many have had success with other solutions so i won't say a 5900 is necessarily a risk.

mosmos, does comgateway ship battery ;) ? Now, we hv to buy a whole set in order to get the battery! But a non-irobot battery will cost us45 on ebay juz to ship to vpost/comg. so 99 fr woot for a 5800 (i hope WE ARE lucky) is definitely worth it. We can race the 5800 with our 380! :D
