the hr need to plan according to interviewers schedule.

for e.g
3pm they busy meeting clients/meeting.... they will schedule 5pm for interview.

5pm interview also indicate they are urgent/serious in hiring people.

Not as if it is an interview for gigolo at 8pm, immediately start work at 9pm, by 12 midnight is yo ah you all the way till morning. Stress.
