What you mean I don’t get it
I mean, 4070 Ti Super 16GB is fine card for up to gaming at 4K Medium, but if you can wait till Feb or Mar to get the 5070 Ti 16GB for perhaps one or two hundred bucks more, you'll likely be able to game at 4K High settings similar to a 4080 Super. If you like the fake frames (AI-generated frames to produce higher fps and smoother-looking motion on screen), you can use Multi-frame Frame Generation (not available on 4070 Ti Super), to get even better fps (at the expense of slightly higher latency and artifacts) and look like you're gaming on a 4090. For competitive players using a mouse, latency and artifacts are a no-no, but for non-comptitive, single-player-only gamers like me who only use a controller, the extra latency isn't really noticeable with a controller, plus the little artifacting is just a small price to pay for better ray-tracing visuals. So, with such pros & cons, the choice is yours as to which best fits your needs and budget.

7800X3D great for high fps gaming, but I don't like the Jonsbo case coz I think airflow not very good.

I'd rather get this for 1440p & 4K gaming:

I'd also choose this for 1080p to 4K gaming with faster CPU, plus a bigger 2TB drive:

Similar to the above, but has more responsive CL30 RAM for slightly better gaming performance:
