Is Dreamcore worth it ？

7800X3D great for high fps gaming, but I don't like the Jonsbo case coz I think airflow not very good.

I'd rather get this for 1440p & 4K gaming:


I'd also choose this for 1080p to 4K gaming with faster CPU, plus a bigger 2TB drive:


Similar to the above, but has more responsive CL30 RAM for slightly better gaming performance:

Should I just wait for 50series or buy in now ? What about the typhoon systems isit worth it ?

No idea about Typhoon. Can buy now if you think current system is powerful enough and within your budget; else can just wait for another month to see if got better deals or not. For 1080p gamer, more than enough power. For 1440p, other than the top AAA games, can max everything else. For 4K, never enough power! So you see what you need. I'm getting the 5090 coz not enough power for 4K!

That said, there's always the danger of cards like the 4080 Super selling out soon, coz 5000-series replacing them. For example, can't find 4080 Super builds at AS already; so you weigh your own risk of waiting to see what's next or grab old stocks while they last.

No idea about Typhoon. Can buy now if you think current system is powerful enough and within your budget; else can just wait for another month to see if got better deals or not. between these 2, the typhoon system one is better value, u pay less than $100 more u get a better motherboard, psu and much better gpu (top of the line 4080). but i would also try to find other options from invader for eg.

if getting a pc is not urgent, then it will be a good idea to wait, since the next gen of gpus is going to be available very soon at roughly the same price points, meaning u may get more performance while paying not too much more.

But 5070ti isit the same price with 4080 but works better ?

the 5070ti (us$750) is supposed to come in at a lower msrp than the 4080 (us$1200), though relative performance is still an unknown at this point, so as mentioned by a few others, best to wait for reviews then decide if not urgent.

Sure, can buy from Invader & AS if you want to. Just be aware that while they offer great value, some of their components may not be that lasting compared to someone who DIY and picks their own parts, but certainly cost more. For noobs, these two shops are OK. But if noobs can get experts to draw up a list of parts for you to go to the shops for your build, that build will last longer. Nobody knows exact price and performance of unreleased 5070 Ti, but my guess is that it may be around 90+% of the 4080's performance in rasterization, though will outperform 4080 with DLSS4's AI frames (which some don't like it and may not use it at all). The decision's yours. If you wanna go the DIY route, NightRaven49 is an expert on this. If you want to keep things simple, Invader and AS are better. My guess is Invader & AS suits you more, but if are willing to put in more effort, can try the DIY route.

I still haven’t got a monitor yet and I just wanted to change my gaming laptop to gaming desktop . But I’m totally newbie in this like I really dk anything but the price difference and the parts which is better or what confusing

Dreamcore dunno but Dynacore I know. Way cheaper than Aftershock. Parts are better, more variety and quality but best of all, can choose to build yourself or by them. Actually SLS all the major sellers build for free.

DIY PC is definitely cheaper if u know how to source the parts at lower cost. Time is needed to build & install. Once power on with blank screen, u r on ur own. Or maybe seek help from ur friend who r knowledgable about PC.
Pre-built ones are much easier with support from the company u bought from.

You need to know how to source good parts and find good deals.

With prebuilt systems, quality is often compromised. Many pre-builts use components that DIY builders tend to avoid, as shops bundle lower-quality parts to clear old inventory.

If you examine most prebuilt specs closely, you'll notice cost-cutting measures in key components like the MB RAM, PSU, SSD, and CPU Cooler. When a prebuilt is priced cheaply, it’s often because the parts used are of lower quality, with significant compromises. Some argue that prebuilds can be cheaper, but that’s usually true only for builds using inferior components that are mass-stocked. For a quality rig, prebuilds do not offer the same value as a carefully selected DIY build.

My PSU has lived 8 years already, both SSD 6 years, Case I/O + 4 Case Fans 7 years, CPU HSF 6 years.. all no issues.

DIY is more about the long run then getting a cheap upfront cost imo.. if you see my investment it has paid off quite significantly, but those stuff that come with prebuild is generally bottom barrel stuffs that not gonna last that long.

I used to cut cost on those things i mentioned also, and its honestly a poor mistake to make, because the hidden cost comes later.

I mean really just try, get bottom barrel PSU, MB, RAM, HSF, Cooling solutions and pair with high end parts, this is what prebuilt do which is planned obsolescence by the prebuild companies, once stuff keep breaking and you can't take it anymore, then guess what? You gonna buy a new rig. At least this is from my experience serving customers in the past.
