I've recently decided its time to upgrade the PC and didn't want to go back to Fuwell (They broke my Wifi Antenna and didn't want to pay me back and give me a new one. Also the attitude is ****ing terrible.) Searched around found Dynacore, seems to have the lowest prices among PCthemes and InfinityPC. So, I wanted to know yalls experience or whatnot with them before buying.
And if I should steer away from them, whats my best bet. I plan on asking the shop to upgrade it for me cause im lazy to mess with drivers and build.

- why ask the shop to install drivers and build the thing for u
- just build it yourself, then nobody can spoil your pc.
- the technical expertise of these shops are horrible, so i advise u to do it yourself.
- all these shops are only interested in selling u things for $$, they dont care about your pc.

if you want good service perhaps can consider PC Themes.

Am with them for more than 15 years or so

You can look for Yilong

But of course, if you are looking to DIY, there are different shops selling different products with good pricing.

I bought a good number of components from them for my Ryzen build, the boss is pretty friendly, I think he's the boss anyway. His price for some parts are is cheaper, while being competitive in many others. Can't comment about having PC assembled by them as I am a DIY'er.

To answer your questions. I have no experience fiddling with drivers and diying and doing a clean reinstall of windows is extreme intimidating to me. Secondly I don't have a LAN cable so my wifi won't work after the clean install. Third, I rather just take my PC and bring it home to plug in and get started on working on my projects and not take time to figure out how to install everything, plus who am I supposed to contact if I need troubleshooting help. Lastly obviously they are interested in money, how the frick else would they sustain themselves and they don't have to care about my PC they just need to build it right and install drivers right.

Agree with what you say. There's nothing wrong with asking the shop to assemble for you. Not everyone will have the proper practice or technical knowledge to assemble a PC.

1. Shop would not install Windows for u. They can boot up until bios need os disk means done job for them. Unless u buy windows from them which is usually retail price 100+

2. Refer above.

3. Buying from sls is not the right choice for u then. Go for dreamcore or Aftershock.
All sls shops do not need to entertain u for troubleshooting. Aftershock/dreamcore have after sales support.

4. The shops survive by selling parts duh. Their main product is their parts, not service. Service to them is an add-on.

dynacore and pc themes trustworthy. both dynacore and pc themes also offer full pc build/assembly (when buying parts from them) at a cost of $20-30 if i remember correctly. they will also install windows 10 as part of this service, even if you don’t buy windows 10 license from them. they just won’t activate it, still useable

just not sure if such service available for partial upgrades, can ask both of these shops for confirmation

"With regards to Shop will not install Windows for you", I would like to share my experience:
I know how to DIY, has been doing since the era of Intel 80486, due to busy I got my new rig recently from SLS.
Initially went to Dynacore, the boss is friendly and knowledgeable, he even suggest me not to get Ryzen 3900X but 3700X instead. I would have gotten the rig from him if he accept Grabpay for payment.

Going thru' the list of shops that accept grabpay, I went to videopro but doesn't have stock for 3700X, took my contact number and said will call me when there's stock but I waited for 2 wks no call (even till now), can guess what kind of service they providing?

Next in the list that support grabpay is TechDeal$, their prices are on the higher side, so i showed the boss videopro and Dynacore's pricelist and he tried to match very closely. I paid a deposit of $100 and the next day he called me that the rig is ready for collection. As I didn't buy any gfx card from them, he is unable to test the rig, so I asked him to plug in any gfx card to test it out and he said ok.
Upon paying the balance, he asked his men to bring me to another shop to collect my rig. The technician unboxed everything and showed me the BIOS for cpu type/memory/disk etc hardware. I noticed the 3x 120cm fans from Tt AIO got no lights, the techician said need to install the RGB software to enable it, he asked me if I can wait, he can install Windows 10 to test it, I didn't buy any Windows from the shop and was surprised the technician offered to install to test the rig (of cos no activation).

Trustworthy yes for both dynacore and pcthemes. For Dyna look for Abdul he is the equivalent of yilong. For pct avoid the uncle with specs.

Those who offer to install Windows are the exception not the norm.
