Depends on seniority. New youngs will kanna bullied coz still dunno market rate yet. Around $50 to $150 per night. As they 'grow' and made some friends and have 'bosses take care of them' then they can potentially make up to $500 a night. That's around $15k a month if they work tirelessly every night. But that is still quite a bit off the top range figures which is $30k onward.

one night 5 customer = 250
1 week work 5 days, 1 month= 250 x 5 x 4= 5k (many work 6 days)
not counting their base salary/ commission. one month = 10k is very realistic
