It supposed to connect auto, when it detects the wireless@sgx network.. mostly in public places and hawker centers..
Some time back used to be good..

But must choose auto connect function
So when you go to a new place with this wifi it'll connect automatically
Of course depends on whether you chose your mobile data to have priority or not

U need to download the app and register with a valid Singapore number and then install a unique cert to use it. It's not an open free for all unsecure wireless network that you think it is.

lol now so many cheap >$20 plans got at least 100gb, need shiatty wireless sgx for ****

yes but not tat stable or fast. i rather use my mobile data.

i have to say sg wireless is a failure for watever sg digital plan...

Nowsaday mobile plan comes with a lot of mobile data already. Might as well shutdown wireless@sg and give us cheaper mobile plan and many more mobile data

Sometimes the internet & connection sucks, connected with strong signals but no internet/ weak signals kept reconnecting frequently etc.
