have booked from zuji some hotel at glitch price.
they also acknowledge
just need to call them and rush them lol ..

then hotel say need pay extra for 3rd person...
when doing the search, put 3 adults liao ... hence the price
but hotel no wan to acknowledge that price =.=

months ago few of my friends bought from there,no issues but its just a simple return flight

from my experience from constant checking of price for a particular airline and route,zuji may still offer a discounted fare e.g 1.4k as oppose to the original airline site for 1.8k

price difference could be they are selling different set of seats compared to original airline site

try looking for it during mid-week like tuesday-thursday

generally i noticed on friday-sunday the price is higher

again,this is my view,many budget airline fly to hk thus the price may be the same throughout the week

Zuji did pick up call. however they would take abt one mth to solve ur issue lol... my hotel reservation was stuck there for a mth ... coz zuji used another middle man . they cant make decision .. they would need to wait for the middleman to reply them lol ... so there r 2 middle person between us and the hotel lol ... So whatever u ask, they would say WAIT WAIT WAIT !!!

Beware Zuji's CANCELLATION FEES

I have booked a flight with them before (to Phuket), no problems

Booked a hotel about 2 days ago and now the price dropped by about $60, wanted to cancel and re-booked but there is a CANCELLATION FEE charged by ZUJI,

During booking, did not notice such terms during booking, the website only highlight that there is charges need to pay to hotel if I cancel too near the check-in date (which is quite standard).

Not happy!!!!

you would see the policy before u make payment.
for example, before 26 jun 2015 , there will be no penalty charges.
after 26jun 2015 , you will be charged xxx amt if u make changes ...

Yes I read the policy at the ordering page and like I said, it only spells out that if cancellation 2 days before check in need to pay the hotel the penalty. Which is fair as it is a special rate

The issue here is that zuji itself also charges another fee for any changes or cancellation. And this was not spelled out in at the ordering page.

so far never came across that issue yet ...
my understanding is that they dont charges additional amt if u make changes before the dateline ...

however, if u decide to cancel the hotel booking, and get a refund,
their refund would take soooo long to receive. abt 1 mth or so ...
unlike expedia, if you cancel your hotel booking, you will get refund within few days ...
