Anyone know what's the relationship between tony and mike? I've jus sms him about mike, but he nv reply me.

One of his employee. Didn't work there for more than 1 yr and uncle take over his place. He just called me, he's also one of the victim. He have over 1k with mike.

This is all a plan scam

Year 2010 started the e account statement asking for deposit giving some extra points if join. Put some money in it but did not manage to buy much stuff, as some of the expensive toys like hottoys cannot be used and taking very few preorders. Preordered a ironman damage version and 2 T-800... this are the more expensive items need to pay 50% deposit. In the end also never received, claiming supplier issue or current batch is defective advise not to take.

Manage to place some items using this e account. Only some arrive. Mostly the expensive ones and good resale ones will never arrive.

Then last year want to call and ask the status suddenly hospitalised. Some bros say give him time to rest dun want to stress him so LL give pity....

Finally after 1 year later he is feeling better and start to communicate asking some more time but i still did not recieve anything for him.

Then bankkrupt... He knows all the loop hole in the system. Drag everything for 1 year then its not his problem anymore as the tribunals have no powers to hear your claim...

So now i am here with $1000 poorer and my toy collection is missing my favourite toys which now cost more then $400 per piece.

It is not in the begining but for certain reasons it becomes one after the E-account promotion.

Btw does anyone have any proof he really went to hospital during that period?

If you have credible information, I would suggest that you report it to the police.

The only loose end that I can think of is Mike saying he fired the part timers during his hospitalization? Who were they? I don't think it was Tony.

All this long, it's uncle who is helping Mike. Tony and the other helper quit long before the saga begin and I dont think any one is fired during that period ...

anyone who havent make report to police..... would you like to join us (as per now only 2 ppl) this evening 6.30, meet up at outram park mrt? i dont know what would be the result.... i really hope that we all together can combine our loss into one significant amount for Police to take as a big case rather than submit individually........

May I ask first... What kind of information do we have to make police report? Not to be a let-down, personally I think currently we still have minimal information against him as everything is still based on conjecture; therefore it will be quite difficult to make a case.

I understand that some of the bros already made a police report against him. It would be good if they can share with us some feedback from the police. I also waiting for IPTO email to confirm if Mike has indeed applied for bankruptcy; this is the most vital piece of information.

If he has not, then we got a solid case of fraud.

My personal views, please do not be offended.

When I asked about making a report, she said it would mainly serve as record purpose, as there is no clear proof of fraud or any criminal case, so no investigation will be done on their end.

I am still thinking if I want to take the trouble to claim back about $200 through SCT , since it is unlikely any $$ can be recovered

If what you mention is true, PLZ share so the rest can take action to prevent him from getting scot-free.

Just be aware that U will be require to share your sources if the Police ask for it
