you can modify by delete all discount and all pending po,
leave only top up and item which u thing you have collected

that would give you an amount which he supposed to refund you,

there's a change of strategy,
we will provide two list

1. Name as in IC, IC No, Total Transfer, Total Collected, Remaining Funds, Signature
2. Name as in IC, IC No, Total Transfer, Total Collected, Remaining Funds

list no.1
- list no.1 is for who come down on Saturday
- list no.1 will be accompanied with whatever usefull evidence
- we will put signature on it as everyone should responsible on the report we are going to make (no fake report)
- this list will be defintely submitted as what has been adviced by the officer
- victim who will join list no.1, please bring along your document and copy of IC

list no.2
- list no.2 is for who unable to come down on Saturday, but we would try our best to help you submit
- list no.2 will be no evidence document as i am not able to print it out all for everyone
- since there is no signature on it, it will be subject to the officer whether this can be proceed or not
- victim who will join list no.2, please email me your name, ic, total transfer and total collected latest friday 3.00pm

Reading your post, I just wanna say, I am somewhat going through the same thing. But I carry on with life. I can eat and work, but this matter keeps gnawing me at the back of my head, 'cause I didn't like how he silently packed up and send bankruptcy notice like that too. In fact his constant late/failure to deliver has not only caused me to miss out on rare stuff (e.g. Nendoroid Yui), but also left a very unpleasant taste in my mouth. I have since stopped ordering from him and switched to online purchase, as I no longer trust local shops as much (yeap.. not even TnT and LaTendo).

That said, if ultimately in the end nothing can be done then so be it. I believe that the world is round and retribution exists... be it him or his loved ones.

I am a non EA member, all my orders are through SMS and I keep all these SMS in my Phone together with thw Bank ref no. I have alrdy compiled the list and infor, see you guys on Saturday.

Can handphone storing SMSes of Mike acknowledging receiving of payment be used as proof? Coz I have the acknowledgement SMSes of what he owes me, but no hardcopy bank transaction receipt.
