The more I think of it, the more I feel Mike needs to be dealt with by legal means.

From the time of his alleged hospitalisation, his temporary staff messing things up, his checking of stock in warehouse (thus no time to reply), the recent Feb/ March empty pre-order (put up for show) to his broken promise of refunding deposits. These made me think that he has plans to cheat us of our $ all along.

I am still considering the feasibilty of joining on Saturday; I would need to bring my son as my wife is working. I will PM you by Friday evening to confirm.

Just a word of recommendation to the bros filing a police report, you can request the bank for a statement, but do note you have to pay for the statement.if you have the exact date the money was transacted, then just ask for that particular month can liao lor....

I already make a personal police report at AMK police but they take my case lightly. They advice me to get a lawyver to get the claim from MKZ.
MAybe gog as a big group, they will seriously look into this issue.
They take my case as consumer dispute but if we go as a group, they will at least characterise our case as public fraud rather than just bankruptcy case.
