- please consolidate, bring together whatever evidence you have and copy of IC
- we will put signature on it as everyone should responsible on the report we are going to make (no fake report)

- list no.2 is for who unable to come down on Saturday, but we would try our best to help you submit
- if you have detail document , you can pass to your friend who comming on saturday
- since there is no signature on it, it will be subject to the officer whether this can be proceed or not, but we will try our best
- victim who under list no.2, please email me your name, ic, total claim latest friday 3.00pm


Document that we are going to handover to POLICE:
- Particular of the person, name, ic, address, business reg., bank account
- List 1. Name as in IC, IC No, Total Transfer, Total Collected, Claim amount, Signature
- ea-statement, transfer slip/record/number, sms, email of taken po, etc to support our claim
- List 2. Name as in IC, IC No, Total Transfer, Total Collected, Claim amount,
- mkz email of E-Account introduction
- mkz email of clarification of late arrival stock
- mkz email of June refund
- mkz email of Bankruptcy
- others (need suggestion from everyone here)

Please note that bankruptcy proceedings are undergoing and customers are advised to go through the proper authorities to lodge their claims.

I will be submitting the documents to the authorities when requested for and will be co-operating with the relavant authorities to aid in the proceedings.

1. Let's wait for their reply from the police tomorrow.
2. If publish on paper, if may put pressure on MKZ & might gather more victims.
3. But it might also put pressure local toys business, which may lead to some bad reputations to it, which may affect investment or trust from the licenses holders

so is better we discuss this seriously before we want to tell him that.

I think most important is we have strength in numbers. The more people there are, the more we can convince the police this is a fraud case and not just a simple allegation.

As for the news report, a little pubiclity will be good for our cause. At least it will create more pressure on him. But of course it is only my own opinion. It is more important how the rest thinks.

I think it's safer to keep newspapers out of this for now. We'll see how things go with the police report first before we move on.
