Issues with MKZ - CASE?

Hey guys, was wondering how's the outcome.

Unlike some of you guys here which have huge deposits, I'm probable less unfortunate since mine is prob slightly below 100 (deposit + EA account).

If he is really bankrupt, I guess I won't be persuing it. It just not worth it to get old bank statement (need to pay more) and waste time.

To be honest, I was more upset than pissed since I've been going to his shop for the past few years. When he sent the email apologising and asking for more time, I thought things going to be alright soon.

He actually offer me refund weeks ago but I was too caught out with work to provide him with the details. Guess it's too late now.

He also offer me refund and i say thank you to him and send him my outstanding list. But no reply afterwards. When ask further he say wait for email. Email came but say refund base of toy type.... Then wait again suddenly announce bankrupt.

This is all bull****!!!

We had make a group report against Mike last Saturday. It is currently being investigated by the Police.

Due to the sheer numbers affected, the Investigation Office (LO) on Duty that day only did a detailed statement taken for 1 bro.

The rest are advised to lodge a police report LATER individually using the CASE report number filed earlier under the 1st bro, in this way we can all be identify under the group report.

For those who are affected by this, you should wait patiently in the meantime. We will announce the case report number once we hear from the police

on a side note, nothing is mentioned about getting your $$ back.

That really DEPEND on Mike. Mike, if you are reading this, please know you cant hide forever.

our money will not come back either way, as mike stands to gain nothing if he does pay up. as this is an isolated case and the other toy shops have upkept their reputation by a whole lot, there won't be any impact on the rest whatsoever.

the moment we went to the police, all mike's (and subsequently his family's) credibility already went out the window due to the existence of this thread here as well as on other forums.

A man must be responsibile for his actions, any thing he does will affect his loved ones directly or indirectly. mike must know this already

i encourage this becoming a news article for 2 purposes:

1. shame the ones responsible. i cannot believe his family does not know what mike's doing all this while and may even helpped him. we could have came to a better solution than this.Please persuade him to turn in our cash!
Instead now, we as society will teach what parents didn't.

2. inform the public of his character ,say those he are working with or others who may go into bussines with him to be weary him. what if he handle accounts in his new job? tsk tsk.

anyways mike is reading this forum. how did we know? Kelly Lee took down her fb account recently. haha they are hiding and probably thinks this report police thing is a joke.

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but I think these kinda cases are kinda weak and useless, since the pic was made available online in the first place. And it's not like there's any defamation going on within the pic.

I've had a friend who once shopped the word Bitch onto a girl's photo, and they couldn't do anything to him (legally anyway)
