i think TS MIA le wor.

or whoever made the report.

anyway it is proven, businesses can just cheat users and nothing the users can do jack about it.

Under Section 82, he is duty-bound to account for any money or property he receives after becoming a bankrupt. These include his income and, after allowing for a sum that is ‘reasonably necessary’ for him and his family’s maintenance, he is required to hand over anything in excess to the OA. This is for division among creditors.

The bankrupt is required to list his expenses in a Statement of Affairs and he should try to modify his lifestyle.

of 2011. Date of Bankruptcy Order—22/09/2011.

as published in the Government Gazette,
however you can google it, 3rd link posted one day ago.

donno why the document has an advance date of this friday
maybe us creditors will get some letter declaring his assests


anyways, this had been giving weird nightmares,
i dreamt that he go inside toon, come out den use his laupeh name and setup another shop in lucky chinatown exactly like the previous , and started taking pre-orders!

waited so long , still no communication from IPTO regarding his case. shouldn't there be meeting of creditors or something scheuled? or some sort of declaration that he is bankrupt??
