Same as another bro above, my spw just refuse to connect via hotspot, but on client mode its ok. Both note 2 and note 4 same thing. My spw date also reset itself once the power saver hits the standby cut off voltage. I also notice that the ipassblack app now in Note4 also cannot change the settings. I also don't know what to do with it now. Sianz.

you can use the SD card on your computer, and change settings via the PC Player program.

Hi bro...thx for yr advice, i do know abt that, i'm just wondering why previously can use phone to change settings and now can't. It's so much more convenient. But the most disappointed is why cannot use hotspot and have to use client mode...

I am using both ITB100SP and ITB100SPW on my car.
The SP video quality is great. Playback on both Itronics software and Win media player same good quality.
The SPW video quality seems to be poorer than the older SP on the Itronics player. It got even worse when using Win media player or any other players.
My settings are all at the highest.

Do you guys observe this also?

Anyone knows the amp draw on the ITB100SPW? I just changed my battery but still getting very weak cranks in the morning. Also, i have the power saver device and sometimes in the morning, i find that the ITB100SPW is off, meaning battery under voltage.

I'm going to check if there is any other parasitic amp draw to my battery this weekend.

Morning drive to work, about 25km, afternoon maybe drive out nearby for lunch. Evening pang kang drive home and park there till morning again same routine. Are you suspecting the alternator not charging my batt? I checked my alternator pumping out about 14.1V at about 2K rpm. Alternator should be fine.

I'm suspecting there isn't enough driving time to recharge what has been used up. So say you do drive out for lunch, that's 4 cranks a day, and it roughly takes about 10-15 minutes to recharge back the amount used up for each crank. Possible theory?

Just claimed battery warranty and this battery was replaced. I checked for any parasitic amp draw and it was like 0.02A. Try see if got any improvement.

Can't change settings

Hey guys, I can't seem to change my settings on the pc player.

Every time I change and press okay, I open up the settings menu again and it goes back to default automatically.

Anyone has experienced and can help with this?
