My humble review on ITB-100HD SP:

1. Purchasing/Enquiry/Support from DSXuite = Excellent
2. Installation at Car Beauty Centre Workshop - Less than 30min, very clean and neat job. Can only see 1 short wiring on the windscreen to camera.
3. Adding an On/Off switch helps in my daily car use. (Off = off power saver and camera, good for taking out the SD Card without damaging power socket; and to off the setup completely if I go for long overseas travels)
4. Recording and Video Quality = very clear at 1080p 30fps.
5. Extra white blinking LED light at parking mode = can attract attention of both men and women..to know that camera is in operation.
6. Per minute recording at 30fps = 87-90MB per file. 32GB SDHC Card means a max of 6 hours continuous recording or 362 files before being overwritten. Future support of 64GB SDHC card will help. I don't see why cannot as it is only storage space.
7. Yes, it speak English with firmware add-on.
8. English PC Software should be similar to ITB-100HD version. Very Simple to use. I prepare my 32GB card with it.
9. Simple to use (I don't read manual) and great performance camera.

Not tested yet:
1. Boot up time..i think it is acceptable from OFF to ON status. The camera will say "Start Recording.." once it is ready.

Only issue:
1. The English PC software may have a bug. Sometimes, the settings of the camera configuration cannot be saved. But you only need to set the configuration bin file ONCE.

Non SP version? There is an youtube showing parking whole day under hot sun in Jurong Island with parking mode on.

ITB-100HD don't have overheating issues.

Stationary and static images do not require full time recording, cos the images will be the same. This is the same principle as typical CCTVs.

The camera comes with motion detection and impact g-sensors, so that you can configure to record only at events where there is 'movements' or 'impacts to your car'.

To save space, you can configure recording at 1080p at 15fps, but quality not so good while driving.

32gb can holdaround 12 hours of full hd recording at Max resolution. Easily up to 2 nights of recording based on motion sensor.

Need to tweak or optimize the parking mode setting based on individual preference. Duration also depends on where you park your car.

My tests:
1. Parking at 2nd level MSCP on Sunday: record almost every min.... Just too many cars in/out and ppl walking around. Recording range = 6 hrs max

2. Parking at anotherMSCP on weekdays. Record duration :12 hours (8am-8pm) with 8GB space free.

But 32GB/90MB = 356 files. Each file 1min, so max range of continuous recording without overwritten is about 6hours. This is not a camera limitation but the size of SD card.

It also means that if you want to drive continuously for more than 6 hours and want to retain all 1080p 30fps footage, you must prepare one 32GB card for every 6 hours.

Not sure if it has been asked but just to check, if prolonged parking and trigger by the usual motion sensing, how long can a typical say 45mAh battery last until it hit the battery saver threshold and shut down? Nevermind the sdcard overwriting part. Just for a general sensing.. Is it in terms of just 2-3days, or 1-2weeks, or even up to a month or so?

Oooh. I just noticed it. But mine only has date and time. No speed. Not sure what triggers the speed display setting.
