I brought this to solve the issue of the battery drain..it has a switch that will totally cut the power off from the battery to the power saver.
Me too also have the battery dead ..battery less than 10 months old. I suspect is the power saver that causing it as even the camera is cut off ..the battery is still feeding to the power saver..so if you not driving for two weeks..
and I use ITB-100HD..the first model..from TS.

btw..if your car having a lots of accessories..
it best to invest a switch between the car battrery to the power saver..if you not driving for long
battery drainage can be lots of reason..old battery is one of it..and dose not mean if your battery is new..it should not fail early...as it also depend how long has the battery sit in the shop before it been use in your car...etc

Yes, you can submit any form of evidence which you deemed suitable. Also check for the xyz impact sensor reading, one of the customer managed to claim using this readings in the past with the sound and video.

Hi. How do I submit the readings? The insurance company may/do not have the program to see. Only the video and sound.

Are your sets bought from the local AD? If yes, you can contact them for assistance.

Otherwise, you can do a google. but the firmware posted online may not be genuine and supported by Itronics.

Hi,
I just installed the security cam on Saturday (24 May 2014) kind of having these issues:
1. The device seems to be very hot while running (Very hot when trying to touch it) -> Is this normal?
2. I tried to connect to it within 2 meters distance (Car is actually in front of me between 1 glass door) but I am unable to connect to the device via the hotspot. (No problem connecting to it when within the car)

Is it possible to go back to your workshop and to check on it?

Where do I check and download the latest firmware and PC software? (Not sure if the SD card is latest version a not)

After upgraded to 2.2 firmware, my itb100 give a intermittent 2 beeps.

Tried with 2 different sd card formatted, recording is fine.. With correct date time and speed...

Manual said 2 beeps is time management but i dont see any problem there.

those using latest 100HDSPW, can share the brand of SDcard & storage you are using?

Sometimes while driving halfway, the cam will suddenly prompt me to reformat sd card with the beep beep sound. happen about 4-5 times on me liao....

I'm on Sandisk extreme 32gb.

Sandisk ultra class 10 64GB SD Card.. No issues on me since day 1. You need to use the PC Player to format it first time, then subsequently you can wifi format it.

Hmm... I usually reformat using the cam itself, just hold onto the mic button... I will try your method and see how it goes... Thanks!
