where to dry clothes?
Actually space not too bad if buyer can accept it as 2+study or just make it a 2 bedroom. If you can shift kitchen into bedroom 3, u get decent kitchen with super ventilation and use balcony outside room 3 as drying area. yea but at 2.2K PSF, forett is really out to make a killing. hopefully those who buy at 2.2k can exit profitably on TOPpeople for various reasons may not want to stay near town.
