amk was expected to hit 900 psf, but closed at 1.1k psf. i am also very curious how this will end up, the dual envelope concept may set a price ceiling since tender is awarded to devleoper with best concept (followed by bid) and not highest bidder upfront.
i am projecting 1.3-1.4k and expect launch at $2.2k-2.4k psf because this is a mixed development like sengkang grand, Pasir ris 8 and all integrated dev have crazy launch prices, if pasir ris 8 can launch at $1.9k, BW has to launch higher due to RCR tag.
Linq being FH was sold out in a week at $2.2k psf on a 50k land area..this jalan anak bukit is 7x larger at 350k sf so facilities and amenities are better..i wont be suprised if they launch above $2.2K if they come out with a award winning concept.
this will be a very interesting site to watch. in fact if they launch below $2k psf i will be getting one myself, LH and FH aside, how can this pale in comparison to LINQ?
