Indeed even if it spoilt can ship back and get it replaced and it's still cheaper than buying it in here not sure why so expensive in singapore .. also saw a post in facebook, the distro here taking a long time to replace his/her earpiece...makes me wonder paying nearly 100 dollars extra for what?

pay extra 100 dollar so they can ship it back to jaybird US to get it fixed. When you can do it yourself for a fraction of the price

Just received mine. Earbuds fit poorly, but comply tips are compatible so no worries there. Otherwise, sound quality is real good (not audiophile so ymmv) and I can be ~30-40 meters away through walls and still get reception. I swear they run on alien technology..

So I'm unwilling to pay the ridiculous $100++ markup to buy it in SG at 300++, and the $50 discount code quoted earlier no longer works...
