If you were to go overseas, better prepare a list of items you brought in ur luggage and attach their respective receipts.

If customs occifer nvr inspect ur luggage, you better insist to standby universe take out everything declare everything.
Show the occifer every item 1 by 1. Only after you get their nod of approval then u keep.

This way most safe for u liao.

You google "Green Chilli Indomie" can see le. SG banned it due to having some plastic content in it I think but its the only maggi mee I jiak.

Wow, honestly, all these ultra processed sugars and chemicals just don’t make sense anymore. I found that drinking bulletproof coffee or cooking with unrefined coconut oil actually helps clear my sore throat almost every time either right after drinking it or from the meal. I only reach for lozenges if this natural method does not work but it works nearly 100 percent of the time and costs way less too. It is a simple little trick that most GPs will not tell you about.
