There will be a GLS for Jurong East in 1st half 2023 to a master developer. How do you think this will impact the condo prices in JE?

Imho price from 2250psf onwards

this one not integrated but mixed development so price sure higher than Dairy Farm........ if Botany can sell highest PSF at 23xx, this one can sell 25xx. Maybe ad start from 20xx pst. avg psf hit 23xx.
