given the current resale price for condos in the same district, after factoring in the premium for new launch, I would agree 25xx and above would be about the right price for this new launch

If they really launch at 25xx... i would rather top up and go buy FH Continuum (okie my case is own stay not looking at investment). Me stays in Zoolong and I don't think this place worth more than D15-99yrs but this is just my opinion

I would rather go Lentor if it's below 2k (and likely) given this Dev ard 2.3k

Truth be told. Is your quantum least 2+m ? For own stay 3BR?… when psf is discussed, don’t mean anything when quantum is 2.5M and above.
Don’t find majority of buyers with such budget.

Have been looking at resales for quite awhile, I don't think it's at better value cos sellers are asking very high prices and every new transaction will break previous record anyway not dying to move ASAP so can slowly see or wait for new launch.

Oh no I mean psf.. with much supplies over there gg forward, and the recent land price dropping.. there is a chance is ard 2k or lower.

U see y GD trying to launch earlier land bid result of Tembusu on late July..

Yupp but LM was launched when there was a great sense of euphoria following AMO and no one seems to grab a good sense of the oversupply issue

heard from agent only the 2 blocks on the left side of the development is within 1km. Not sure if that has changed.

Isn't he saying that around JCube (i.e. also around Jem/WG etc), it is very crowded but has a lot of food? Crowded is confirmed la... all my friends from other parts of SG can't believe how crowded zooloong is, until they visited...

I think this will be better than Dakota. Don’t drag down the whole D15 with Dakota lah.

Honestly kumgong to pay $2.4K for Dakota and try to convince ownself it’s D15.
