i think (to be confirmed) there are only 7 shops at the first level....
not sure how it will be managed.
not sure how it will be managed.
Just do it.. only cross one roadToo far Liao. Anyway, Jurong East all the lines is on elevated level. Suddenly build one underground must be damn costly for developers.
Haha not going to happen though. The land does not belong to the developer so they have to seek approval. Plus the huge amount of costs needed.Just do it.. only cross one road
dont need too big, as got hdb shophouse/kopitiam and walking distance to 3 malls.even the mixed development angle is overrated
1,300 sqm of retail GFA i think? how to survive....
Maybe they will have laundry shops, money changers and massage shops at those 7 units hahahadont need too big, as got hdb shophouse/kopitiam and walking distance to 3 malls.
either way they cant expand too
That's likely the outcome if those shops are sold and not managed by Capitaland. Wait all those entertainment outlets at Orchard Towers move in there. LOL!!!Maybe they will have laundry shops, money changers and massage shops at those 7 units hahaha

one level is a childcare so left with the first floor for other shops, think it will be really simple shops like 7-11Maybe they will have laundry shops, money changers and massage shops at those 7 units hahaha
. If Capitaland ownself manage should be okieI agree there isn't a need to be so hard up about "integrated" status or what not, cos the location is so near to the big malls, it's already the closest development to MRT and there will be a link bridge connecting to MRT/J-Walk... there isn't land around the JE MRT for another integrated development unless they re-build Jem or Westgatedont need too big, as got hdb shophouse/kopitiam and walking distance to 3 malls.
