Either very confident that his ears won't change, or very rich to reshell.

If reshelling, I believe only Heir CIEMs can, don't think FitEar & JHA offers that (unless go with third party companies).

no lei according to them. the 13FP they brought back for retuning. the tube there a bit too small. cannot fit tips and will break seal.

that time should wear and run off with the 335dw demo

If it were true, I'm sure Jaben would've informed their staff that the JH13FP demo was sent back for servicing.

Do you remember on Monday (after the event) when we were there and asked for the JH13FP demo? Their face was like confused.

I thought you'd rather run off with the FT!334 demo, didn't know you like 335DW.
