so rather than selling the universal and ordering the customs roxanne and hearing my wife breathing down my neck or i could choose to make her 'happy' and myself happy also...

Can email JH audio to change universal to customs... Lol...

Nevertheless, I will wait for the demo during the Mook Headphone Festival before even considering to get it. Burned a big hole in my pocket for just one leap of faith product & It serves as a lesson and reminder to myself.

It's all about sound preference. When you decide to believe theoretical 'reviews' and recommendations, and decide to do a leap of faith. When the real thing comes & you don't like it. what to do? Leave it or leave with it lol.
