think this whole roxanne saga has left a very bad taste on everyone who ordered...the wait time is ridiculous, Jerry should have stopped taking orders once they knew there were already over their capacity...whats worst, its turn round time has even affected people ordering non Roxanne ciem from jh audio..

for JH supporter..it's actually worth the wait nothing bad saga..

I'm a JH user also, but this whole saga remindsme of livewires orders way back then. Hope there won't be a refit issue when it finally arrives

you do know there is no 100% guarantee on fit when you order ciem right ? no company can ensure the fit is good where when you sign the order form...they will mentioned about this clause mah...

i saw on head fi..got 1 guy the one ear fitting no good..then when send back...the ear with issue has been fixed...but another ear now got issue...haha

you do know there is no 100% guarantee on fit when you order ciem right ? no company can ensure the fit is good where when you sign the order form...they will mentioned about this clause mah...

yup, but if its based on the same earmould in their database , it should be a good fit will it not?

subjectivity also has an objective baseline. in this case i think the baseline is breached. waiting for months way beyond what was expected not due to anything but their own poor judgment, coupled with a seemingly higher than normal complaints of poor fit, i seriously don't think this is within reasonable expectations of what you mentioned "worth the wait". they are indeed, screwed big time.

I was hoping that the case, but certainly not.

Many varying views on Roxanne. Some ppl hate it while some love it. As with all other brands its really about preference. While I really love mine I totally agree that they screwed up big time on the wait time and QC and not really professional about customer handling.

I do agree, perhaps due to different player / amps stuff, or maybe your had different sounding. Let see how silver cable work, hope that it can bring up the treble.

After getting used to rox sound signature, my ears seems to be harder to please when trying other iem. Do any owners share the finding?

STVC, have u tried with a gd dap or dac/amp to drive ur rox?
