Hmmm... Those who order direct, did JH audio send u guys invoices? I receive invoice for my order today sia... Didn't get any invoice for my previous order thou...

Invoice clearly states what u have paid and your order specs like carbon fibre Roxanne with titanium flying girl and what to be engraved on your case etc...

Yes they will email you a receipt after you have made your order and payment via card. I think that's pretty standard among all online shops.

My purchase I did not receive any invoice.

My Roxanne order was back in 3 Dec 13, I only receive invoice this morning... Lol! What a time lapse...

Maybe can check the invoice date if its 3 Dec. If your's is acrylic you should be receiving any time soon. If CF... then slowly wait as some headfiers who ordered in oct/nov haven't receive theirs yet.

Unfortunately my order is carbon Roxanne, and I email them to change my engravings for my case... Confirm my Roxanne not build yet...

Now I only hope it arrives before my bday in sep I happy liao lol!

Are there any major difference in sound btn universal and custom? If it just the fitting then is it a good idea to get the universal first and maybe or maybe not reshell sometime later?

Price difference is more then 1k btn universal and cf custom.

Yes there is. By how much depends on individual. Some ppl experience huge differences as a good seal in universal is not exactly the same as a good seal in customs. Don't know if that makes any sense to you Some ppl who auditioned Roxanne had some complains about the sound but when they received their customs the issues were absent. Same goes for other brands ppl experience demos diff from the actual customs. But diff by how much only you'll know.

By reshelling, the sound may change. Furthermore JHA do not do reshelling so you have to look at other alternatives.

If you go for acrylic instead of CF will save you $500 USD

Well, seems recently they been pushing out batches weekly and less troubleshooting now since they already know the main problem thats been haunting them for the past few months. Just go for acrylic with clear cable that should speed things up a lot.

Btw if you can't stand seeing some bubbles in your customs then don't go for clear trans (ie if your anal about it). A solid colour will cover all the flaws.

I think its unacceptable for noticeably large bubbles to efen appear in the shell. If JHAudio can't get the manufacturing of their shell properly, they should resolve the problem instead of telling customers to get opaque shell.

Omg yours got huge bubbles? Maybe its glue? Most brands glue the drivers to the shell. Think only Fitear fills the shells with acrylic. JH was never popular for pretty looking shells but more for their sound. Pretty ones i can only think of the Wizard.

I didn't order Roxanne. Gonna order Kaiser 10 instead.

Lol OK. Can't go wrong with K10. So many rave reviews about it. But a pity you're not going for Roxanne. Its really really good. Its way better than my jh16!
