I just wonder whether those stay between the north of Whampoa river (Jln Tenteram) and PIE, do you guys walk to Toa Payoh?

I have been staying at Balestier (Novena side) for several years liao and have yet to explore the inner Whampoa (except Giant).

I prefer to go to Pek Kio hawkers center (but not the wet market).

There's bus along PIE that takes you to tpy interchange in less than 5mins
