bro I still rem last time we bought a lot of custom filters , bought those meters during the haze heydays. i want to buy and extra filter also.. what do you suggest ah? for my study room.I just "scolded" my pregnant colleague for going out to exercise during Sat and Sunday. Somemore her case is IVF baby and is sort of a risk pregnancy case coz the size/weight is tracking a bit on the low side.
Now she knows better. Also just purchased a small/cheap air purifier from shopee, Xiaomi compact S$95 only. Ok, i know i meddlesome but at least this lady listened to my long rants.

Not to say cannot exercise, but you gotta choose the correct timings. Somemore she is not training for any race, there will always be better chances. Be mindful + safety first.

was running at ECP yesterday evening and running on the shared path, pedestrian/cycling track/lane. i couldn’t understand why there are people walking/running in the wrong direction. and then some whole family like to park themselves at the middle of the track/lane and talk.
Using Samsung watch ultra with LTE. Can double up as a phone lite since can receive calls and Whatsapp also, so I seldom bring phone when jogging.

Wow lekas ride postponed due to haze.
I have a friend going for Kuching 10km this weekend, got changed to virtual eventOh.....forgot about Lekas. Actually the levels there not say "very high", not say that dissimilar to what we've gotten here on Friday.
Singapore running races have a MUCH higher "tolerance". Basically 2X the Air Quality Index value or 3 times the PM2.5 concentration value.So unless if something chibabooms like in 2015, those runs like Decathlon Kiprun or Garmin are generally ok and GO status.
Kuching Marathon is the one to look out for.....at the moment it's basically a goner. It's the next biggest one after KLSCM.
KLSCM a bit 50/50, really depends on what happens in early Oct particularly what happens in Jambi and S Sumatra provinces.

Take it that PSI 100 = AQI 150 = 55 ug/m3 PM2.5
And of coz, you can also use the 2-3 other stations on aqicn (Simplicity @ AALTO and Seaside Residences), those are very updated and show trends very well.
All these can assist you, together with your sense of smell + sight, to form your own picture.
Uses laser particle counter modules, does not account for RH% (NEA normalises to 35% RH with a heating dryer unit pre-sample) but that is fine, you would be err-ing on the side of caution (for early morning sessions).
